Our rooftop AC unit broke down in the height of the summer heatwave. I contacted Fusion HVACR to run some diagnostics and propose solutions. The evaporator coil needed replacing and the parts were ordered from the manufacturer. Lead time was a couple of weeks for the parts but once they arrived Sam made an appointment for a Sunday morning which I really appreciated and got the system up and running. It was not cheap but it was a better alternative than replacing the entire unit. Communication was clear, text message before arrival with name of tech en route, and updates throughout with the latest status. Fusion sent out a technician on Labor Day to diagnose the cause of our HVAC breaker shorting. The technician was efficient, knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection, and ultimately let us know that an electrician is required. We had a lot of questions about the cause of our AC compressor overloading, and he was very patient in explaining all possible causes and how our system worked.
